Budget Inn of Riverside

The room was good,it was clean, the weekly rates are fair and don't trip about pets atleast not a small dog I had they didn't. The guy in the morning is pretty cool, preferred over the afternoon guy and will kinda work things out with you, not rude or too in your business like other motels. Overall it's a good motel, can't really complain about the homeless people here and there as the motel people do what they can to keep everyone happy. I'd definitely recommend it if you need to stay for a week or longer. One of the better ones for sure.

I stayed here for a couple weeks to escape the summer heat. The weekly rate was the most inexpensive around and the room included a kitchenette with a full size fridge. I got to know the owner a little bit while I was here and he is clearly a nice guy who works hard to provide quality, clean budget rooms. I will definitely return when I am looking for an affordable pet-friendly place to stay.

Danny is a cool dude ! Gave me and my partner a good rate for it being a “ festival weekend!” Clean rooms, doesn’t smell like smoke, didn’t see a bug in site. It did get a little loud during the night due to the homeless in the area.but it was out of anyone’s control. He took us to view a few rooms available and made sure everything was up to par ! Super nice and very friendly. Will be staying here again when I need a place to lay my head for the night !

I have been a guest at the Budget Inn of Riverside off and on throughout the years. It truly is my safe haven. My go to motel when I need a safe, comfortable, quiet place to be that isn't my actual home. It is a home away from home. The staff is reasonable and compassionate. Danny has always been direct and friendly and I appreciate him alot. I find Danny to be very humble. I appreciate the motel's "no visitors" rule as it helps to keep things at bay and to keep it a safe dwelling place. I have never had a problem with roaches or bedbugs at this motel and as I stated above, I have stayed here often throughout many years. The rooms are more spacious than some other motels so I do find pricing to be worth it. I also know that this particular motel is very clean. If you need your linens washed all you have to do is ask...if you need your room cleaned all you have to do is ask! If you have any issues, all you have to do is communicate it to the staff and they are very prompt to take care of you. I believe that the staff at this motel do take pride in their business. It isn't just a business like motel 6 or the supposed 5 star big named hotels/motels. The Budget Inn of Riverside strives for their guests.

Love this place . Room very clean and comfy great customer service. Location is convenient to everything I also love the landscaping, beautiful and it's habitat for a multitude of songbirds . It's also dog friendly.

Staying here for a few days and have to say the owner Danny is a great man. My son and I had the opportunity to talk with him for awhile and he has great values. They will work with you with any questions or requests. Owner keeps place very quiet. Definitely one of the best motel experiences my family has had. Highly recommend

Simple, Humble, & Basic Accommodations, offered & supplied with ample KINDNESS, UNDERSTANDING, & RESPECT. The Owner/ Management is a Blessing to the community, & goes ABOVE & BEYOND to both accommodate others & maintain standards. A TRUE Blessing. Microwave & Mini Fridge are supplied in ALL rooms. Smaller sized rooms (there are 2 separate "large" rooms available, for larger parties/+$$), & all with working & strong AC & Heat. Room windows have dark curtains. No unpleasant smells inside the room or around, at all. Yes, its an "older" establishment, however there were clean floors, rooms, bathroom, & counter tops throughout. Showers have a tub. Built in desk & chair, dinning table & chair, & a very simple bed provided inside rooms. All lights & electrical sockets worked & were covered. Very basic bed & bedding provided (humble accommodations, but still RESPECTABLE). Good closet space to hang up clothes in, with hangers provided. No Laundry for paying guests, but there is a Laundromat right across the street, within easy walking distance. Drink & Snack vending machines on grounds, & both were stocked & in working order. Ample GUEST ONLY parking. There are also many stores all within easy/close walking distance- fast food chains, restaurants, a few "town centers", grocery markets, Downtown, etc. This establishment serves with both RESPECT & COMPASSION. Yes, this Motel is humble & serves the local area's community, but the Management/Owner maintains a respectfully rational but high standard, from it's paying guests. The Owner/Management goes ABOVE & BEYOND 24-7, to both accommodate AND maintain safety & standards. Both cash & card payments are accepted here. ID required. In regards to the past poor/rude comments from others, about the communication issues with Management: The gentleman just requires guests to text him AT NIGHT, as he is always on the grounds during the day & just goes home (locally) in the evenings. He is ALWAYS AVAILABLE to communicate & address guests' needs, with RESPECT & KINDNESS. *Note: the entire local AREA of Riverside County has a "pest"- roach & bed bug issue, & ALL establishments- especially near the Downtown Riverside City area, have to "deal" with such. Any pest sighting or issue is NOT a direct reflection of neglect or irresponsiblity upon the Owner, Managment, or the Buisness/ Establishment, at all. Management DOES spray OFTEN, & cleans, & updates rooms OFTEN here. However, the community/local area & environment/situation is what it is. This establishment does ALL they CAN do to maintain health/safety standards, within such a DIFFICULT situation & circumstance. Please have REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS & treat ALL: ourselves & others, with the due RESPECT by becoming understanding & accepting. The room I was given was both CLEAN & TIDY, & absolutely HABITABLE. The Management/Owner is AMAZING. He provides simple, basic, humble, & reasonable accommodations, with ample KINDNESS & RESPECT. What we "expect" from life & others we all must first ensure that we ourselves are being & giving such to & for ourselves 1st, before we can "expect" anything more from others. BE kindness, to receive kindness. BE rational & respectful, to experience rational & respectful, no matter the situation or limit. The Owner does put ALLOT of DAILY effort into both maintaining & providing accommodations without discrimination. Please have reasonable expectations, & be kind to experience kindness & ease. Greatful for the kind & respectful service & experience here. **Note: Management shows you the room before asking for payment. There is NO REASON- or even ABILITY, for anyone to EVER be "ripped off" by this Gentleman & his buisness DIRECTLY. He is upfront, honest, kind, & RESPECTFUL. If anyone complains about this establishment & its owner- as being unfair or unethical, it is due to their own unethicalness, & by their own making. Considering where I was and I am happy to be at this location. I have been here just over a week. The room can use a little bit of remodeling but it's a lot of space and it's warm . It's pretty quiet here and the man in the office is really attentive and polite. I don't interact with the other guests but they seem polite and the property outside is clean. I will be here for some time and I am comfortable here. I will post reviews as the weeks continue.
